About this course

Understand what AI is, how it works, where it fits in everyday work, and how to use it safely.

Almost everyone uses AI now, yet very few people can say clearly what it is. This course follows Maya, an operations lead who has just joined a regional insurer and is asked to get her team using AI.

Step by step you learn what AI really is and is not, how large language models work, where AI fits in everyday tasks, and where privacy and bias risks hide. You learn to judge AI claims, write prompts that work, build habits that stick, and finish with a two-week starter plan for your own team.
